Always be Batman.

After a 5am text and a 6:30 call back, the morning began. Filled with complex issues we'd been wrestling with in the oil & gas world, my cohort and I discussed all available options, regardless of feasibility or implications. The conversation was rewarding and my mind went alight. Then the morning took a brief turn when another conversation became doubt filled and worrisome. In comes my email box. First subject line: Always be Batman. (Thanks, Hot Topic) In business, I have the choice to be any version of my self to make the most money or to cover any inadequacies. All people have that choice and at times, my insecurities have caused me to behave in a manner or to represent myself in a way that wasn't true to me. Today, I've learned that having mentors, admitting shortcomings and finding flexibilities in my fields are the best way to both learn to be of the most value to my peers and also to propel myself the farthest. I love my work and now that I have moved
