Time to head to Arizona for a little time off in the sun. I haven't been in a while and am hoping it will be a great trip. Mixing a little work in with some promotion of a great band, Headroom Live. It's great to watch people grow and develop in business, it drives me. In this time of recession and recovery, I am excited to have such a will to work. If I did not have allies, I'd probably be a bum for lack of motivation. I love the work in itself, but the effect on the people around me really makes me want to get better, learn more and have more time to devote to the re-structuring of our social system and economic playing field.

January 29th, Salt Lake will be bringing Headroom live of Arizona to Club Vegas after the Ultimate Combat fights. Come watch the fights at 8 pm and stay for the live music after the show or show up at 11 pm for the Headroom show only. Visit Headroom on Facebook or MySpace and become a fan before the show. Headroom will be giving out free stuff at the show and plans to re-visit the Utah circut on a regular basis. Stay tuned for press releases and promotional details.

What a life changing time it has been this past few weeks. My father-in-law passed away and left a mystery life worth piecing together. I made a trip to Utah and had the best family vacation since I was 12. And my nanny quit, enabling me to stay home in what is an otherwise anxiety rich time. Amazing, lifes way of taking over whenever it likes. Chaos, maybe? Or order restored after we "get what we..."? Anyhow, I am happy to be back in Scottsdale and to work, but I am looking forward to the changes in life - and the settling in life- that has occoured and been puncuated by the fireworks of Independence Day, 2009.

What a week! There has been a shift in the home business market and I have taken on a new role. I now help people get their money back from fraudulent businesses and plan to build a network owned opportunity. There are so many people willing to get out there, network and grow a business! "Find a need and fill it" has been the moniker of so many, it is hard to deny this simple approach to business as a successful one. I was lucky enough to be in attendance on Thursday with hundreds and hundreds of other professionals at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess. I am lucky to be a part of the 2009 Scottsdale International Film Festival, thanks to Director, Amy Ettinger , the Board of Directors and the press release I posted last year. I am so thankful to have an opportunity to be a part of broadening the audience for such an amazing program. The films that were shown when I participated last year were incredible. The schedule was filled with dynamic films from around the globe with a wide range of real humanist perspectives (in my opinion). I loved "Phoebe in Wonderland" and think of it often. Elle Fanning is phenomenal (and has always been a favorite actress of mine) and Patricia Clarkson a perfect fit for the role, movie and fellow cast. This year, there is sure to be a spectacular lineup and I will post as soon as I can. In this time of economic decline, there is mass opinion on how we can stabilize the economy, return money to consumers and help businesses improve their bottom line. Pay in cash, pay in cash, pay in cash. Every time a credit or debit card is used, the credit card company, merchant service provider and the terminal service gets a piece of the charge. Typically about 2.35% to Visa , MasterCard , AMEX or Discover , .25 or .35 to the Merchant services company and a monthly fee for the terminal service.
