Snowy and Productive

Snowy provides a certain layer of warmth. With knowledge of the almost impassable roads and the encouragement to stay in comfy layers, there is an internal glow in winter not necessary in summer. I used to dislike the winter completely. Although I'm still not a fan, as I make deadline after deadline, listen to Pandora and dig in to amazing projects I'm working on with incredible new partners, I have to be grateful for this time of year. This time when I know most won't come knocking unless it's to wish warm greetings. I'm free to work, create and cuddle my girls without "things to do."

It's my well deserved lunch break right now and thankfully the bag of Cheetos on my desk is gone. I'd rather kick back, write a little and savor today.

I hope all of those I love traverse safely, get to their warm homes and places of business. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work on my computer, in my office, near a bag of peanuts and a protein shake that will power me through two more fun projects. I have excellent clients, am working on things I love right now and have finally learned how to enjoy the winter (just a little) in my home state. What a happy holiday season.

Cheers!

Local Real Estate Agent Dedicates Commissions to the BLM

Emily Fuller, a Utah Real Estate agent with a focus on equestrian properties, has decided to give back by donating commissions from every home sale to the BLM for the care of wild Mustangs. Real Estate Agent Emily Fuller and her Mustang Paco Fino, Stormy When Emily Fuller turned sixteen, it wasn’t a shiny car that kept her attention and it certainly wasn’t dresses and Seventeen magazine. Emily had a love for Stormy, her Mustang-Paco Fino horse. From an even earlier age, Emily had a gift with horses, training the large and wild animals without fear.   Now 30, Fuller sees a current and pressing need to help wild Mustangs throughout her home state. The BLM or, Bureau of Land Management, has the task of rounding up 10,000 horses this year, increasing the already heavy taxpayer burden to house and store for the animals long term. Emily’s plan? Help to care for the horses using   her Real Estate business. Each year, the Bureau of Land management cares for tens of thousand...

Headed to 2015 or Let's Get this Party Started!

I'm so excited for 2015! Though I've loved what I do since I started marketing, I've literally never been so excited about the road ahead. I've spent the past year learning about green technology, further defining my career goals and getting to know a wide range of individuals and organizations around the globe. I've mentored, joined collaborative events and expanded my view of what's possible and now it's time to truly put the lessons to work. The sun is setting on 2014 If you know me, you know that almost every conversation I have includes my marketing company, my clients or the implications of what is possible for the globe if we keep moving forward and continue to develop as individuals. With the incredible amount of information available and the now trendy focus on community, collaboration and sustainability, I feel there has never been a better time for me. This week, I've put out a calendar of events, promotions and opportunities that ex...

Legacy Land Flipping or, Making a Landslide of Money Doing Great Things

Announcing the Legacy Land Flipping program. Like the Carlton Sheets of the 21st Century, I'll be showing you how to take property with little to no value, and flip it for large multiples of your costs. I'm Jennifer and I'll be your guide. This is my blog, full of opinions and concepts, but this ones one that I've been waiting years to introduce. We didn't have all the components in place, didn't have all the right people, so I had my work to do but... It's time. I'm going to show you, simply put, how to make a big pile or lots of piles of money, taking on land or water that no one wants, then fixing it easily for huge returns. I know, I hear it. It sounds too good to be true, but it's not. We're doing it now with government and private entities - fixing land for big gains. And it's fast, organic and anyone - I truly mean anyone - can do it. Here's how... In 2014, I went to the Governor's Energy Summit in Salt Lake City, at the Salt P...
